We process only the data you voluntarily provide when contacting us through the website form, WhatsApp, email or our social media channels.

The contact form does not send your data to any server of ours, nor does it store it on the website. When you press "Send via WhatsApp", the WhatsApp application opens on your own device with the message already drafted, and it is you who decides whether to send it. The data travels through WhatsApp, not through this site.
We keep enquiry data for as long as our relationship with the interested party lasts and, thereafter, for the period necessary to address any potential liabilities. Data linked to a sale is kept for the applicable legal tax and animal-health retention periods.
